MINISTRIES

The Word clearly instructs us not to lose heart in meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another and all the more as we see the day of His coming is approaching. (Hebrews 10:25). The Word further informs us that as we gather we must serve Him with the gifts that he has imparted on us according to 1 Corinthians 12:8-11.

To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gift of healing by that one Spirit, to another miraculous power, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and He distributes them to each one, just as he determines.

MLC Ministries functions within different ministries to bring Glory and Honour to the Lord but all ministries work in Unity and Harmony. 1 Corinthians 12:12

There is one body, but it has many parts, but all its many parts make up one body. It is the same with Christ. We were all baptized by one Holy Spirit, and so we are formed into one body.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

MLC Ministries is devoted to our children and does, therefore, commit to giving them sound Biblical teaching including the foundation of the first five books of the Scripture (Torah), easy to understand and apply. We as a Ministry are fully aware of the important role that the young generation plays in building God’s Kingdom and our nation and therefore do we find it necessary to take care of them spiritually and physically as best we can.

Then they brought little children to Him, that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked those who brought them. But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. IGNITE YOUTH MINISTRY

Why you should join our Ignite Youth Ministry?

We help in strengthening the faith of our youth. The atmosphere of our youth groups is light-hearted and focuses on fun. There is a certain amount of time spent teaching the Word of God, praying, and laying the fundamentals of our faith. This serves to strengthen the teenager’s faith, which in turn brings the entire family closer.
We offer youth an opportunity for good, clean fun. From concerts, talent shows, debates, movies, camps, our youth groups give youth members a chance to have wholesome fun with other like-minded teens. At a time when peer pressure is so very strong and temptations to engage potentially harmful behavior for recreation, our Youth Ministry is an oasis for teenagers. We are glad that this can give parents much needed peace of mind during this critical age.
It’s a great environment for teenagers to socialize. What better place is there for teenagers to interact than in an environment as positive and supervised as our Youth Ministry. Our youth members are encouraged to make new friends and enjoy themselves with other kids they have known for ages in a safe and positive place where no drugs, alcohol, or inappropriate behavior is condoned. You will take comfort in the fact that your son or daughter is spending their free time in a positive place where negative and dangerous behavior is simply not tolerated.
It encourages positive involvement with the community. From car washes to bake sales to planting a community garden and other volunteering activities our youth groups will seek to organize and take part in projects that better the community and it’s residents. Not only will your teenager come away from these activities with a sense of pride and achievement, parents cannot help but be inspired to take more of an active role in the community. Our desire is to build a future generation that is sound in the Kingdom of God, a generation that will change our world for the better, guided by the Word of God.
We do outreaches to help build His Kingdom. After much equipping and training the youth has been active in evangelizing in Lethabong Community as part of their way of giving back and being the salt and light of the world.

WORSHIP MINISTRY

Many great testimonies have come from our team and we can truly say that we sing because of a revelation of how great our Father is, and so it will continue for each of us – as we bring our praise and worship in response to who Adonai is in our lives. We are born to worship Him through our lives. We truly serve an awesome God who is worthy of our worship and worthy of our praise.

John 4:23 “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.”

Through worship, we believe, it is the anointing that breaks the yoke.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY

Aimed specifically in reaching out to the hearts of our woman, the MLC Woman’s Ministry Team are actively busy encouraging, supporting and developing woman of our Feather in all aspects of life.

The Vision of MLC Women’s Ministry is to encourage women in the areas of spiritual formation, ministry, missions and evangelism. Our goals are to provide opportunities for women to come to know Abba Father and to encourage them to grow in their daily walk with Him. We seek to provide an environment in which women can establish meaningful relationships within the body of Christ as well as reach out to women in our community.

Our purpose is to empower, strengthen, and encourage women to their full potential in Adonai by helping women gain knowledge and understanding of our Father. The ministry will provide opportunities for women to identify and use their unique God-given gifts for the purpose of harvesting other women for the Kingdom of YHWH.

We are a Ministry that strongly stand on this scripture found in Ephesians 3:17-19 for our women: “And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power together with all the saints, to grasp how wide, and long, and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge – that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”
